How to Cancel an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy instead.

Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees if the request is made before the order has been processed and shipped. If the order has already been processed, you may be subject to return shipping fees.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 4-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to our ability to stop the processing of the order.
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
