How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via support@ladicca.com within 18 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Is the return shipping free?

Return shipping is not free. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Where can I find the return label after applying?

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return label. Please print the label and attach it to your package before shipping it back to us.

Can I return any product I bought on Ladicca?

Not all products are eligible for return. Custom items, and final sale items cannot be returned.

How long do I have before making a return?

You have 18 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Refunds
